Amiantit provides high performance industrial valves for drinking & sewage water systems through Amicon. Amicon is our manufacturing facility that was established in 2016 specialized in manufacturing ductile iron valves. Moreover, Amicon proudly supplies three types of valves; and they are :
Gate ValvesAmicon manufactures Soft Seated Gate Valves with a pressure rating ranging from PN 10 bar up to PN 40 bar, and a size range from DN 40 mm to 300 mm. Also, Amicon gate valves are provided in 4 different types as below:
- Gate Valve, Soft Seated Type GTSFE with flange connections
- Gate Valve, Soft Seated Type GTSDE with socket end connections
- Gate Valve, Soft Seated Type GTSPEF especially designed to be connected to HDPE piping
- Gate Valve, Soft Seated Type GTSDEO especially designed to be connected to PVC piping
- Butterfly ValvesAmicon manufactures two types of Butterfly Double Eccentric Valves namely, Type BD Butterfly Valve with flange ends & Type BW Butterfly Valve with butt welding ends. Butterfly valves Types BD & BW are available with pressure rating of PN 10 bar to PN 40 bar, and from DN 50 mm to 200 mm
- Double Air Release ValvesAmicon manufactures Double Air Release Valves Side Outlet Type that are essential for pipeline efficiency and water hammer protection. Available pressure range is from PN 10 up to PN 40 bar and in sizes ranging from DN 50 mm to DN 200 mm.
